Kaufvorgang: mittels Kreditkarte
Abholung: vor Ort

Kaufauftrag wurde vom Verkäufer mittels e-Mail umgehend bestätigt. Produkt war lagernd und wurde mir die entsprechende Verfügbarkeits- bzw. Abholmöglichkeit zeitnah mittels SMS auf mein Handy übermittelt.
Bei Abholung wurde ich noch vom Verkäufer in kompetenter Weise auf die wenigen Besonderheiten bei der Inbetriebnahme des Fernsehgeräts hingewiesen.
Ich gesamte Abwicklung wurde zu meiner Zufriedenheit abgewickelt.
