Also,

erst einmal bietet der Shop einen sehr netten Kundenkontakt per Email an für alle ausländischen Käufer, dabei wird dann Versand, Bezahlung usw. geklärt. Das ist sehr angenehm, da mein polnisch nicht vorhanden ist und ich so gar nicht in der Lage wäre, direkt über die Homepage zu bestellen.

Man bekommt dann wie jeder andere Kunde eine Auftragsbestätigung und nach Zahlungseingang die Versandbestätigung inkl. Link zur Paketverfolgung! Bei mir ging das alles schneller als bei so manchem deutschen Händler!! Einzig UPS hat eine kurze Verzögerung verursacht, weil die nicht am Samstag liefern *gg*

Also dicken Daumen nach oben für diesen Shop!!

2) "Schnelle, angenehme Kommunikation; preisgünstig"

Flotte Antworten auf Abfrage, auch in deutsch. Trotz einer Verwechselung beim Lieferumfang schnelle und unkomplizierte Korrektur.
Kann sich mancher deutsche Anbieter "eine Scheibe von abschneiden".

1) "problemlose und schnelle Abwicklung"

Habe diesen Händler gewählt, weil er den besten Preis für ein Seniorenhandy hatte. Oma ist in Polen --> praktisch mit der Lieferung, welche durch die Firma Schenker durchgeführt wurde. Keine Probleme, schnelle Abwicklung, Oma ist auch begeistert :-)
