5) "Stornierung ohne Kundenbenachrichtigung"

Der Laden storniert Bestellungen, ohne den Kunden (der weiter glaubt, seine Bestellung sei am laufen) darüber zu informieren. So geht's nicht.

4) "Falsche Preise"

Der Händler landet oft mit scheinbar günstigen Preisen ganz oben in der Liste - aber im Shop selber kostet die Ware deutlich mehr.

Im Geizhals ist ein um 100 EUR niedrigerer Preis gelistet als im Shop; und das 6 Minuten nach der Aktualisierung; merkwürdiger "Zufall" ...

2) "Simpsons Socken 3er"

Am 22.08.09 bestellt.
Am 26.08.09 erhalten.

positiv:
- Zahlung auf Rechnung
- schnelle Webseite
- Lagerstand hat gestimmt
- einfacher Bestellvorgang

negativ:
- sehr hohe Versandkosten (6,95)
- Lieferung hätte etwas schneller sein können
- Sendungsstatus nicht immer aktuell

1) "Schwab ist der teuerste Schweineladen im Netz nicht zum aushalten"

Typisch Schwab der teuerste Scheißladen im Netz Gerät kostet anders
99.-€ das ist doch nicht normal 100% teurer als bei schwab das ist
